Signature Dishes

CHEESENA ROYALE

Chicken or lamb cooked with paneer (Indian cheese), garnished with fresh spinach, coriander, tomatoes, onions and authentic herbs and spices to produce a medium strength dish for those who are keen on cheese. Served with fresh mozzarella on top

TIKKA NAGA

Succulent pieces of chicken or lamb tikka garnished in a hot and spicy naga (Viper chilli) sauce and then cooked in moist consistency with fresh garlic, capsicum, tomatoes and spicy onions. A madras hot dish.

MUMBAI MINGLE

Chicken, lamb, prawns and mushrooms garnished with fresh garlic, capsicum, tomatoes, spring onions and coriander with a tempering of crushed coriander seeds. Not to be missed!

MINTY LAMB ALOO

Tender chunks of lamb slow cooked with fresh garden mint and baby potatoes in a medium spiced thick gravy.

BENGAL JALFREZI

Tender lamb & chicken with king prawns cooked in a thick sauce with peppers, onion & green chillies, producing a hot & spicy combination.

JEERA CHICKEN

Marinated chicken breast pieces cooked with yoghurt, jeera (cumin) and a blend of mixed spices creating a semi-dry medium spiced dish.

CHILLI LIME CHICKEN

Pan fried chicken breasts cooked with tomato, lime, chilli and soya sauce

JAFLONG CHICKEN

Chicken breast cooked with herbs and spices, garnished with fresh garlic, coriander, ginger, chunks of capsicum, tomatoes, onions, chick peas and tomato paste to produce a sweet, sour and slightly hot flavoured dish.
